1. To food processor add 1/2 package Fresh Express Sweet Kale greens, 1/2 packet toppings, spinach, parsley, garlic and pepitas. Pulse five times. Add 1/2 packet dressing, olive oil and lemon juice. Pulse additional five times or until mixture resembles coarse paste. Stir in Parmesan and 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper.
2. Transfer pesto to glass jar or airtight container. Store in refrigerator.
